What is included in the monthly price? +
Everything in the core product, on every plan: unlimited quotes, remote self-service and on-site video surveys, an AI room-by-room inventory with volumes in cubic metres or cubic feet and estimated weights, Property Access AI, text import, branded PDF quotes with online acceptance and digital signature, PDF, CSV and JSON exports, and the Removals Manager integration. Plans differ only by seats, onboarding and support level.
What does "unlimited quotes" mean in practice? +
Every plan includes unlimited quote processing for normal business use. A fair use policy applies to protect platform performance for all customers, and in practice the vast majority of removal firms will never come close to any limit. If your volume is unusually high, we'll have a conversation with you and find the right solution.
What is the 7-day free pilot? +
Before your plan begins, you get a 7-day pilot period with full access to your chosen plan. This gives you time to process real jobs, see the AI inventory in action, and confirm CentralNest is the right fit for your business before committing.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract? +
Yes. Quotes are unlimited on every plan, so you only need to upgrade when you need more seats. You can move to the next plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your contract. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date.
Are there any setup fees? +
No setup fees, ever. The price you see is what you pay, plus VAT. Every plan includes onboarding: online on Pro, in person on Business, and tailored on Enterprise.
